Designed and built in conjunction with ActonADU, this detached ADU features a one-bedroom plus Great Room. The ADU is designed to emulate the main home's architectural style and features a light and airy interior.

Starting out as a small addition to an existing single family home, this ADU grew to maximize returns both for investment and market purposes. The three bedroom ADU is two-stories and features a two-car garage. The architectural style emulates and betters that of the main home which is single-story.

Lebowitz Family ADU

Designed and built in conjunction with ActonADU, this accessory unit will house extended family members and visitors alike. The site features large trees and existing outdoor patio / bbq structures that had to be carefully considered and incorporated into the design. The result is a wonderful new space that feels as though it has always been a part of the estate.
